1Introduction

You are interacting with Wedey, an AI-powered recruitment platform. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, process, and share your personal data.

At Wedey, we play two roles:

1. For a specific job application: We process your data on behalf of the specific Employer you applied to.

2. For the Wedey Talent Network: With your consent, we act as a Data Controller to retain your profile and match you with other opportunities across our network of employers.

2The Wedey Talent Network: "One Interview, Endless Opportunities"

Our goal is to accelerate your career. Instead of applying to jobs one by one, you can opt-in to the Wedey Talent Network.

  • How it works: Once you complete your profile and your AI Interview (via ARIA), your data—including your "Match Score," skills analysis, and interview highlights—is securely stored in our Global Talent Pool.
  • The Benefit: Your profile becomes visible to other verified employers on the Wedey platform who are looking for profiles like yours. You may receive interview invitations without applying.

3Data We Collect and Share

To promote your profile to employers, we collect:

  • Professional Identity: CV, skills, experience, and GitHub/LinkedIn data.
  • AI & Biometric Data (ARIA): If you consent to the AI Interview, we analyze your video to assess soft skills (communication, confidence). This creates a "Verified Candidate" badge.
  • Sharing: By opting in, you authorize Wedey to display your anonymized or full profile (depending on your visibility settings) to registered Recruiters on the platform.

5Automated Matching

Our algorithms run 24/7 to match profiles in our Talent Network with new job openings.

Human Oversight: While our AI recommends your profile to recruiters ("Top Matches"), it does not automate the hiring decision. Recruiters must review your profile and invite you.

6Data Retention

  • If you join the Talent Network: We retain your data for 24 months (renewable with your activity) to continuously match you with jobs.
  • If you decline: We retain your data only for the duration of the specific application you submitted, plus a standard legal buffer period, after which it is deleted.

7Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data and view your AI Match Score.
  • Request deletion of your profile from the Talent Network ("Right to be Forgotten").
  • Restrict the visibility of your profile (e.g., hide from your current employer).
