Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the prohibited uses of the Wedey Platform, including our AI Job Creator, Discovery Engine, and ARIA Interview system. This policy forms an integral part of the Master Services Agreement (MSA).
By using Wedey, you agree to use the services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
1No Discriminatory Practices (AI Ethics)
Wedey is committed to fair and inclusive recruitment. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Discriminatory Filtering: Using the AI ranking or filtering tools to systematically exclude candidates based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.
- Biased Job Content: Publishing job descriptions that contain unlawful discriminatory language or requirements.
- Misuse of Match Score: Using the AI "Match Score" as the sole determinant for rejecting a candidate without any human review (in violation of GDPR Article 22).
2Sourcing and Outreach (Anti-Spam)
Our "Discovery Engine" and outreach tools must not be used to harass candidates. You agree NOT to:
- Bulk Spam: Send unsolicited, generic, or irrelevant messages to large lists of candidates who have no reasonable connection to the job opening.
- Ignore Opt-outs: Continue contacting a candidate after they have requested to be removed from your list or have declined interest.
- Misrepresentation: Impersonate another person or entity, or create false identities to trick candidates into replying.
3Prohibited Content
You may not use the Platform to transmit, store, or publish content that:
- Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive (e.g., "Bait and Switch" job offers).
- Contains viruses, malware, or malicious code.
- Promotes illegal activities, Ponzi schemes, or multi-level marketing (MLM) programs.
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4Platform Integrity and Security
To protect the Wedey infrastructure and our intellectual property, you may not:
- Scrape Data: Use automated scripts, spiders, or scrapers to extract candidate profiles, pricing data, or AI outputs from the Platform for the purpose of building a competing database.
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decipher, decompile, or reverse engineer the "ARIA" algorithms or the logic behind the "Match Score."
- Share Accounts: Share login credentials with individuals outside your organization to bypass seat limits (e.g., sharing a "Starter" account among 5 recruiters).
- Load Testing: Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or load testing that places an undue burden on our servers (AWS).
5Fair Use of "Unlimited" Features
For plans labeled as "Unlimited" (e.g., Professional Plan user seats), Wedey enforces a Fair Use Policy.
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit usage patterns significantly exceeding the average usage of typical business customers (e.g., 10x the average API calls or message sends), which suggests non-human behavior or resale of the service.
6Enforcement
Wedey reserves the right to investigate any violation of this AUP. If we determine that you have violated this policy, we may:
- Remove the offending content (e.g., take down a Job Offer).
- Suspend your ability to send messages or purchase Tokens.
- Terminate your account immediately without refund.
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.
